Partez à la découverte des secrets de fabrication du chocolat à travers un voyage gourmand dans l’univers de Schaal. Embarquez pour l’Équateur, première escale de votre voyage, où se situent nos plantations de cacao, puis destination le Sud-Ouest de la France, pour parcourir nos plantations de noisettes. Retour en Alsace ensuite, à Geispolsheim, pour entrer dans les coulisses de la fabrication des chocolats : moulages, gourmandises dragéifiées, pralinés et ganache n’auront plus aucun secret pour vous ! Au cœur de votre visite se trouve la fabrique à chocolats : observez les chocolatières travailler et posez-leur toutes vos questions ! Envie de manipuler du chocolat ? Des ateliers vous sont proposés toute l’année. À la fin de votre visite, faites étape au magasin d'usine pour emmener avec vous des souvenirs chocolatés !
