Mr Safran

Near the Alsace wine route, about twenty kilometers east of Strasbourg, lies the charming town of Molsheim. It's in the heart of the town, not far from the ramparts, that the saffron farm is located.

The flowers are harvested during October by hand and trimmed one by one to recover the stigmas.
A wide range of 100% handcrafted saffron-based products are to be discovered: saffron bell pepper chutney, saffron walnut oil, saffron syrup, saffron acacia honey etc
