Would you like to discover the manufacturing process of Alsace Sauerkraut PGI? Our site in Meistratzheim opens its doors to you! La Maison de la Choucroute – Le PIC offers you a discovery journey of this lacto-fermented vegetable so important in Alsace. The guided tour, led by a qualified guide, is divided into four stages: welcome, screening of a video on the planting and harvesting of cabbage, followed by a tour of the production site via a specially designed circuit leading directly to the workshops for the production of Alsace Sauerkraut PGI.
