The Moul'1 restaurant invites you to a romantic evening: a festive dinner, with DJ, violinist and live singer. For the meal, the chef proposes a 4-stage menu: Starter: Organic perfect egg, veal jus, black Melanosporum truffle, potato espuma. Fish: Roasted skrei back, shellfish ravioli, watercress jus, saffron scampi bisque. Meat: Duck fillet, in the spirit of duck à l'orange. Dessert: Caramelized apples, rose perfume and caramel ice cream.
