Raid Multisports Family

BRUCHE SPORTS ACADEMY in collaboration with RAID2VOUS organizes the second Raid multisport Family in duo or trio whose objective is to complete sporting events as a family.

The events consist in linking several disciplines in teams of 2 or 3 with 1 or 2 adults on foot and 1 or 2 children on mountain bikes.

2 categories are offered depending on the age of the child on the bike:

• from age 6 to 10
• from 11 to 14 years

The event is open to both licensed and non-licensed athletes.

On the program: 3 events and 1 wellness session:

• The 1st event: a Bike&Run of 8 km for the first category or 10 km for the second category. The adult(s) run and the child rides his mountain bike.
• The 2nd event is an obstacle course.
• The 3rd event is a game of skill based on basketball.
• The raid ends with a Flash StretchMooveDance session.
