Laughter yoga is an excellent sports exercise.
Children express their personalities and gain confidence. Experts recognize the usefulness of laughter yoga sessions for children to establish relationships with others and access "true" emotions. The beneficial effects on the body, emotions and social relationships are scientifically recognized (source: Institut français de yoga du rire).
This session will start with an hour of laughter yoga followed by an hour of creative activities, ideal for children aged 4 to 10.
