The Domaine has been a family-run business in Wolxheim for 3 generations, growing vines and making wine in the traditional Alsatian way, but also with respect for nature. It produces the seven Alsatian grape varieties, Cuvées, Grand Cru "Altenberg de Wolxheim", Vendanges Tardives, Sélections de Grains Nobles and Crémant d'Alsace.
Cellar visit with tasting and presentation of the estate Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. Sundays by appointment. Groups of 30 (paying). Free for individuals. Vineyard tour on request. Wines: the 7 Alsace grape varieties, Crémant , Vendanges Tardives and Cuvées Spéciales. Also asparagus producers to order by reservation.
