Wines Cellier de la Chapelle

Winegrowers / Wines Cellier de la Chapelle

The Domaine de la Chapelle is located 25 km west of Strasbourg on the Alsace wine route. The vineyard on the south, southwest facing hills above Dorlisheim. Sun and heat in summer and harshness in winter, combined with a clay-limestone terroir, allow Alsace AOC wines to express themselves wonderfully. For over 200 years, the Jost family has farmed its 8.5 hectares of vines, including 2 lieux dits: Husaren and Kalkgrube. They are harvested by hand when perfectly ripe.

The 9-hectare family estate is certified organic for the 7 Alsace grape varieties, exceptional cuvées and crémant. The estate is HVE-certified in 2021. The 2022 vintage is certified organic. Individuals can attend a guided tour of the vineyard and a free tasting at the winery.
Groups (max. 15 pers.) must make an appointment in advance.
